'Snowed In' Winter Concept

 

 

Each season I like to create a concept my clients can use when hosting a party. This winter it’s a ‘Snowed In’ theme. Although it rarely snows in London, why not create that snowed in atmosphere in your home with friends, family, and loved ones? 

At first I had my doubts about creating an all white menu. Once I started conceptualising dishes and went to the market to gather ingredients, I realised it was far from boring and full of flavour.

So warm up with a hot white mulled wine, sit back with a fuzzy blanket, smell the white roses and enjoy your meal!

Cocktails

St Germain Spritz - White cosmopolitan - White mulled wine

Coconut and vanilla Bellini - White chocolate martini - Pear and all spice G&T

 

Canapé Selection

Oysters with a citrus pearl caviar

Whipped goat cheese, roasted grape and brioche

Potato wrapped chicken pop with a thai coconut dip

Crab wrapped in mooli on crispy rice

Leek and mushroom gyozas

 

 3 Course Dinner

Preserved lemon and ricotta tortellini, braised chicory, roast garlic and white wine veloute.

Butter poached halibut, truffled parsnip puree, coral and oyster mushrooms, crosne, mushroom cloud.

Lemon parfait, merengue crisps, lavender and coconut textures.
